Works

I began to collect paintings by Mercedes Lasarte in the 1970s. These are works with which I have always felt a great sense of identification and which reflect my own approach to life. Each painting conveys or possesses the essence of particular experiences and each has its own history.

This is a highly personal collection that transmits a great sense of joy due to the energy and colour of the paintings. For all these reasons it is a pleasure to live with them.
